Returns, Replacements and Refunds

If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first via email or telephone so we can assist you with our  returns procedure. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for UK orders and within 21 days for international orders, where a full refund will be issued (excluding the delivery charge). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. All returns are subject to inspection by the store manager.

All items returned to us must still be in its original packaging ensuring that the labels have not been removed from the garment.

For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that carries a Tracking Number- Capital Collection are not held responsible for items that are lost in the post.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

* Please note that underwear cannot be accepted as a return due to hygiene reasons
